CMD Joinery Ltd. was established in 2010 and has built up a reputation for providing high quality finish and an excellent level of service for all of our customers. Over 12 year’s experience, with a full and thorough knowledge of the trade, we work to exceptional standards using all the latest and innovative techniques.
Workmanship: Bespoke & Handcrafted
We pride ourselves on our outstanding workmanship and can provide bespoke fittings, features and products. We have just completed an 18 month project building the decadent House of Gods hotel and cocktail bar in Edinburgh’s Cowgate. This has possibly been the most challenging and interesting project for us so far, intricate carpentry from start to finish. Further example of this work can be seen at House of God Hotel.
In 2016 we carried out all the carpentry and managed the fit out of a new independent hotel called KIP, in Londons Hackney Central. Further examples of this work can be seen here.
Between 2012 – 2014 we were concentrating on the full renovation of boutique hostel, The Baxter, situated in central Edinburgh. Further examples of this work can be seen at The Baxter.

Experienced in working closely with architects and have close professional relationships with other trades, which we can happily bring onto any project. We work within a variety of budgets, undertaking long term contracts as well as any home improvements.
